Rock Steady Boxing: Fighting Parkinson's Disease
Rock Steady Boxing gives people with Parkinson's Disease hope.  The program enables people with the disease to fight their illness by providing non-contact boxing-style fitness classes that improve their quality of life.  

Program Dates: 
Session 10: March 19-May 9 
Session 11: May 14-July 11 
Session 12: July 16-August 29

Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Cost: $50.00 for YMCA Members
         $75.00 for Non-Facility Members
Program Location: Tri-County YMCA

An assessment is required prior to registration and will be conducted at a cost of $20.00

Volunteers Needed: The Tri-County YMCA Rock Steady Boxing Program is looking for volunteers that are encouraging, fun, and responsible who are willing to help one day a week in our Rock Steady program.  We ask the volunteers request at least one shift a week for two hours.  Volunteers are needed on Tuesdays from 10:15am-12:15pm and/ or Thursdays from 10:15am-12:15pm

A New Year, A New You

Are you tired of lacking energy and being overweight?  Are you looking to launch a healthy lifestyle and stay on track in 2019?  We will teach, guide, motivate, and give you the personal attention you need to successfully reach your nutrition and fitness goals in the new year.  Get ready to learn about and implement healthy eating habits, ways to create healthy habits into your lifestyle and begin an exercise program to lead you down the right path toward reaching your desired fitness goals.

Program Dates: January/March
Program Times: 2 Nights a Week for an hour

Cost: $40.00 for YMCA Members
         $50.00 for Non-Facility Members

Outdoor Bootcamp
Join us for our annual Outdoor Bootcamp beginning the week of Monday, May 6th.  This is a 6-week OUTDOOR progressive bootcamp that meets twice a week.  It is designed to kick your butt and make you smile at the end of it!  We will be utilizing a wide variety of exercise equipment such as : tractor tires, car tires, sandbags, bodyweight, MoveStrong fitness equipment, and a few surprises along the way.  All fitness levels are welcome.  Grab your friends and let's get after it.  It is time to get FIT and enjoy the great weather while it lasts!

Program Dates: Starts the week of May 6th
Program Times: Tuesday/Thursday from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. (EST) or 
   Monday/Wednesday from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. (EST) 
Program Location: North Lawn at the Y and the 18th Street Park (meet in the lobby at the Y)

Cost: $35.00 for YMCA Members
         $45.00 for Non-Facility Members
Who Can Attend: Open to anyone 13 years or older

Summer Slim Down at the Parklands
Join us at the Parklands in Jasper starting Tuesday, May 14th for our new Summer Slim Down program!  This is an 8-week OUTDOOR Bootcamp style weight-loss program that meets twice a week.  In addition to the workouts, the program will also include nutrition counseling and is designed to help you create healthy habits.  There will be three weigh-ins throughout - one at the beginning, one towards the middle and one at the end to help track your progress.  All fitness levels are welcome.  Grab your friends, and let's get after it.  It is time to get FIT and enjoy the great weather while it lasts!

Personal Training and/or Health and Nutrition Coaching

Did you know we have packages for personal training and nutrition counseling? Our personal training program is a great way to add variety, education, guidance, and accountability to you and your workout regimen. We also offer health and nutrition coaching for those who already have a handle on their fitness, but could still use some guidance. We will help you set goals, work toward them, and achieve them!  If you are interested in learning more, contact Stephanie and she will be able to help get you started on the right path.

Group Exercise Classes

We have a variety of group exercise classes to help you achieve your fitness goals.  Come try a class today!  Our Group Exercise Classes are included in your YMCA Membership and are free of charge to members.  If you are not a YMCA Member, we invite you to come and try our classes.  Guests are welcome to come in and pay $5.00 per visit to take a class.  



*Please note:  Our Enhanced Fitness class (held at the Huntingburg Event Center) and our Morning Energizers class (held at the YMCA) are free to YMCA Members and $3.00 per visit for Non-Facility Members.   


The Y is committed to providing programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all.
