Personal Training Certifications and/or other fitness related trainings:

  • Bachelor of Science in Health and Wellness from Ashford University
  • Certified Health Coach by the American Council of Exercise
  • Certified fitness instructor in BodyPUMP, BodyATTACK, CX Worx, and BodyFLOW
  • Personal Training strengths, experience, and areas of specialty:
  • “I love working with people and helping them realize how strong they really are, and that they can do anything they set their minds to if they work hard. My specialty areas are body weight strength training and cardiovascular training.”

Trainer’s Philosophy:

  • Health and wellness comes from the inside out, physically, mentally, and spiritually. Balancing healthy habits and behavior change with healthy nutrition and exercise is key!  We have to fix our mindset before we can work on our bodies.

Personal Interest:

  • I love running, reading, playing outside with my two girls, spending time my family, and playing board games.

Fun Facts:

  • I have ran 5 half marathons and 1 full marathon.
