CPR/AED & FIRST AID TRAINING

Heartsaver CPR/AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking on an adult.  The course also includes teaching basic First Aid skills.  The training course used the Practice-While-Watching (PWW) technique, which allows the instructor to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the students' learning of skills.  The trainings are open to the public, but are limited to six individuals per session.  The cost is $30.00 for YMCA Members or $40.00 for Program Participants.
