Adult Co-Ed Volleyball League
Gather up your friends, create a team, and join in the fun. 


Ages:
17 and older
Program Dates: September/October
Game Time: 6:15 and 7:15 p.m. (ET)
Team Information: 
        **8 players per team
        **Team must have 2 females
Program Location:
Tri-County YMCA
Tournament Play will be held in the final 3-4 weeks of the program
        **Teams will be seeded in tournament bracket based on number of WINS, then on Head to Head
        **Winning team of the tournament will be a
warded a prize

 Kinder Kickers
A non-competitive youth program emphasizing the fundamentals of STRETCHING, RUNNING, PASSING, DRIBBLING, GOALIE, and KICKING while building character through practicing honesty, caring, respect, responsibility, and faith.

Ages: 3 to Kindergarten
Program Dates: October - November
Practice Time: Thursdays from 6:30 to 7:00 and 7:15 to 7:45 p.m. (ET)
Game Time: Saturday Mornings at 9:30 a.m., 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., and 12:30 p.m. (ET)
Program Location: Tri-County YMCA
Special Equipment:  With this age group, shin guards are not necessary.  We work on the fundamentals of the sport. Also, we will be playing inside on the gym floor so players need to wear tennis shoes.  We will supply the balls and equipment.  If your child wants to bring his/her own ball, he/she is welcome to.  With our program, we use a size 3 soccer ball.

Couch to 5K Training

Here at the Y, we encourage everyone to live healthy, active lifestyles. That is why we’re providing you with the opportunity to build your endurance and become a runner/jogger during our YMCA Couch to 5K 6-Week training program.

This training program is for both beginning runner/walker, and those who have been running for years. We will provide you with a specific 6-week training program at the time of sign-up. You will complete 3 runs each week including a long run. Each week, this long run will gradually increase, in order to build the endurance that you need to run the entire 3.1 miles for the Monster Dash 5K.

Monster Dash 5K Run/Walk

The Tri-County YMCA holds its annual Monster Dash 5K Run/Walk on the last Saturday in October starting at 9:00 a.m. (ET).  Families are welcome to participate.  Walking and strollers are permitted.  Be sure to wear your favorite Halloween costume as there will be a youth and adult contest for best costume!

Date: October 2020
Check In/Registration: Begins at 7:45 am (EST)
Race: Begins at 9:00 am (EST)
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded for overall male and female finishers and top 3 finishers in each age group.
