Rock Steady Boxing gives people with Parkinson's Disease hope. The program enables people with the disease to fight their illness by providing non-contact boxing-style fitness classes that improve their quality of life.

TRI-COUNTY YMCA PROGRAM DETAILS
Program Days: Boxers meet twice a week and are grouped together based on mobility and ability levels
Time:
Mondays & Wednesdays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Tuesdays & Thursdays from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Cost: $30.00/month for YMCA Members
$44.00/month for Non-Facility Members
Program Location: Tri-County YMCA
An assessment is required prior to registration and will be conducted at a cost of $20.00
Volunteers Needed: Help us fight back! The Tri-County YMCA Rock Steady Boxing Program is always looking for volunteers that are encouraging, fun, responsible and willing to help 1-2 days a week. Days and session times are listed above.
