Welcome to the Y
The Tri-County YMCA's vision is to inspire everyone with caring people and family-friendly programs and facilities. We strengthen our members and communities through offering a variety of services, such as health and wellness programs, summer camps, family time, and childcare. We’re more than just a place to work out. At the Y, we help build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all with the core values of caring, honesty, respect, responsibility, and faith at the heart of everything we do.
With a commitment to nurturing youth development, promoting healthy living, and fostering a sense of social responsibility, the Y ensures that every individual has access to the essentials needed to learn, grow, and thrive.
Health is Wealth
Let's recruit a SENIOR Member--April Membership Promotion:
Help us grow our senior membership base at the Y by participating in the following promotion running form April 1st - April 31st. Any current member of the Y who recruits an individual who is 60 years of age or older (would fall into the SENIOR membership category) to join the Tri-County YMCA will receive a $10.00 Gift Card to the Y. The gift card can be used towards membership dues, apparel, or program fees.
Community CPR/AED and First Aid Training
Heartsaver CPR/AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking on an adult. The course also includes teaching basic First Aid skills. The training course used the Practice-While-Watching (PWW) technique, which allows the instructor to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the students' learning of skills. The trainings are open to the public, but are limited to six individuals per session. Please call the Y at 367-2323 for upcoming days and times.
Find out how the Y can help you reach your fitness goals. We offer a variety of group exercise classes to help you get started.
*Cycling for Saturday morning, April 4th is CANCELLED.*
