Water Aerobics and Community Open Swim Nights

Water Aerobics (low-impact exercise for all fitness levels-performed in the shallow end of the swimming pool) and Community Open Swim Nights will be hosted by the Tri-County YMCA on Wednesday evenings at the Heritage Hills High School Pool.  All are welcome and encouraged to attend. 

Water Aerobics:
 February 24th
Class Time: 6:00 - 7:00 P.M. (Eastern Time)
Class Fee:
     YMCA Members:  Free
     Program Participants:  $5.00 per visit
Age: Must be 13 years of age or older to attend

Community Open Swim:
Dates: February 24th
Open Pool Time: 7:00 - 8:15 P.M. (Eastern Time)
     $5.00 per Swimmer or $10.00 for the Family
Age: Open to all ages but swimmers under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult


The 3rd Annual Southern Indiana Show of Strength

T.H.E. Gym will be holding its Southern Indiana Show of Strength event at the Tri-County YMCA.  The event will be held on Saturday, May 14th starting at 9:00 a.m.  This will be a non-sanctioned Bench Press, Deadlift and Strongman/Strongwoman competition for lifters that just love to lift and have fun.  Strongman/Strongwoman events to include a Hand over Hand Rope Truck Pull, Medley, and Stone Over Bar.

Group Exercise Calendars

Find out how the Y can help you reach your fitness goals.  We offer a variety of group exercise classes to help you get started.  Classes are offered at the YMCA in Ferdinand, as well as the United Methodist Church in Santa Claus and the Event Center in Huntingburg.

The Y is committed to providing programs that build a healthy spirit, mind and body for all. No one will be denied access to YMCA programs or facilities due to an inability to pay.  Funds made available for financial assistance are provided through the generous giving of individuals and businesses to the YMCA's annual Strong Kids Campaign.  IRS Form 990 Available For Inspection Upon Request.
