Winter Weather Policy
Childwatch will follow Southeast Dubois School Corporation when inclement weather occurs. If school is CLOSED or on a 2 HOUR DELAY, Morning Childwatch will not operate. Please call ahead before attending Evening Childwatch at 367-2323.

2 HOUR DELAY, we will NOT offer any Morning Group Exercise Classes. Please call ahead before attending Evening Group Exercise Classes at
We will not be offering Holiday Camps on days when school is cancelled due to winter weather. We will offer Holiday Camps on the scheduled days off listed on the Southeast Dubois School Corporation 2014-2015 school calendar.
The Tri-County YMCA reserves the right to cancel classes or delay opening in advance of Southeast Dubois School Corporation making a decision.
Dining with Diabetes
Do you have diabetes? Do you have questions about what you’re supposed to eat, how much you can eat and when? Purdue Extension is teaming up with the Tri County YMCA to offer Dining with Diabetes program on Thursdays beginning March 19, 26 and April 2, 9, 2015 at 6 PM until 7:30 PM at the Tri County YMCA, Ferdinand, IN. You’ll learn nutritious and delicious ways to prepare your favorite recipes using less sugar, salt and fats. Dining with Diabetes is sponsored by Purdue Extension. Community CPR/AED and First Aid Training
Heartsaver CPR/AED is a classroom, video-based, instructor-led course that teaches adult CPR and AED use, as well as how to relieve choking on an adult. The course also includes teaching basic First Aid skills. The training course used the Practice-While-Watching (PWW) technique, which allows the instructor to observe the students, provide feedback and guide the students' learning of skills. The trainings are open to the public, but are limited to six individuals per session. Pre-registration is required and must be completed one week prior to the course date. The cost is $30.00 for YMCA Members and $40.00 for Program Participants. Please call the Y at 367-2323 for upcoming days and times or stop in to get registered.
