Whether you’re looking to lose weight, get stronger, eat healthier, fight disease, improve your energy, or lower stress, we have people and programs in place to help. At the Y, our programs encourage people of all ages and activity levels to improve their overall health — and we provide a supportive community to do so. The Y offers health, nutrition and wellness programs to provide support and motivation to help you reach your health goals. Learn more about our offerings below.
Group Exercise provides instructor-guided workouts that are socially distanced, safe, creative, fun, and are proven to motivate and challenge you through the energy in the class.
Group Exercise Classes are are free to all YMCA Members ages 13 and older
Non-Facility Members pay $10.00 a visit
Non-Facility Member fee for Enhanced Fitness and Morning Energizers is $5.00 per class
All of our Group Exercise Classes, no matter the impact level, can be modified for all levels of fitness.

Our personal training program is a great way to add variety, education, guidance, and accountability to you and your workout regimen. We will help you set goals, work toward them, and achieve them!
A certified Personal Trainer performs baseline measurements from which your progress can be tracked. Fitness Assessments include body weight, height, blood pressure, resting heart rate, body composition, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, muscular fitness, and range of motion. We establish a plan to move you forward toward improved health, fitness, and performance goals.
